Junior Executive
Responsibilities:
- Identify, approach, and secure new clients in construction, infrastructure, and related industries.
- Promote company’s sand, gravel supply, and transportation services through direct outdoor sales visits.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, developers, and suppliers.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and track competitor activities.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery schedules with clients.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up on customer inquiries.
- Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth delivery of sand and gravel orders.
- Maintain accurate sales reports, client records, and submit regular progress updates to management.
- Participate in trade shows, site visits, and networking events to enhance brand visibility.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 1 year of outdoor sales experience (preferably in construction materials, logistics, or trading).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with high self-motivation and target-driven mindset.
- Familiarity with construction industry practices and sand & gravel products is an advantage.
- Possess a valid driving license and own transport (required for site and client visits).
- Willing to travel frequently within assigned sales areas.
